CWEST Summer Scheme
Your child is invited to take part in our FREE Summer Scheme organised by CWEST Extended Schools and URSpecial – part of the Institute of Wellbeing Group.
There will be 3 weeks of fun activities taking place each day. Registration is at 10am and we finish at 3pm. There will be one hour of family fun activities every Friday from 2-3pm.
Week One - Music (optional to bring your own musical instruments):
Venue – Oasis Academy, Homefield Road, Old Coulsdon, CR5 1ES
Monday 9th - Friday 13th August 2010.
Week Two – Performing Arts:
Venue - Woodcote High School, Meadow Rise, Coulsdon, CR5 1EH
Monday 16th - Friday 20th August 2010.
Week Three – Messy Art (bring a plain t-shirt):
Venue – Smitham Primary School, Portnalls Road, Coulsdon, CR5 3DE
Monday 23rd - Friday 27th August 2010.
The activities will be managed and supervised by professional staff from URSpecial and their approved partners. We hope that your child is able to attend, but if not, please let me know ASAP so that this opportunity can be given to another child.
Please find enclosed a URSpecial Programme and Consent Form which need to be completed & returned to the address above by Friday 16th July.
